Welcome to VulaRide. By using our
mobile application or services, you agree to the following Terms and
Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using
VulaRide, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply
with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations in
Cameroon.
VulaRide provides a
digital platform to connect:

Passengers with bike
or car drivers
·
Customers with parcel
delivery agents
We are a facilitator
and do not provide transport or delivery services ourselves.
To use the app:

You must create an
account with accurate personal information.

You are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
·
You agree to use the
app solely for lawful purposes.
·
Prices for rides and
deliveries are calculated dynamically and shown before confirmation.
·
Users agree to pay
the full amount at the end of the service.
·
We may offer wallet
and digital payment features in the future.
·
You may cancel a
service before pickup. A cancellation fee may apply if done late.
·
Refunds are handled
case-by-case and may take up to 7 business days.
Drivers and delivery
partners must:

Hold valid driving
documents and meet safety standards.
·
Treat users with
respect and professionalism.
·
Accept requests only
if they can fulfill them promptly.
You agree not to:

Use the platform to
transport illegal goods or substances.
·
Harm or harass
drivers, riders, or customers.
·
Attempt to bypass
VulaRide’s payment system.
VulaRide is not
liable for:
·
Delays, accidents, or
loss during transport or delivery.
·
Behavior of drivers
or users beyond our control.
·
Any indirect or
incidental damages arising from your use of our services.
We may suspend or
terminate your account if:

You violate any of
these Terms.
·
Fraudulent or harmful
activity is detected.
Your personal data is
protected in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We only collect and use your
information for service delivery and improvement.
We may update these
Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised
version.
These Terms are
governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
